The fundamentals class focuses on building students’ footwork, pad work and technique. This class will develop skills and fitness in a balanced manner while also teaching traditional Muay Thai.
Our intermediate class dives deeper into the scoring and techniques of Muay Thai. This class runs on a rotating roster breaking each class down into pad work, bag work, defence drills, clinching and then sparring to tie it all together. Our intermediate class is the perfect environment to hone skills before entering the fight team.
This class is reserved for participants who have spent a minimum of 6 months in the fundamentals class.
This class is invite-only and is not available for casual visits.
